Revisiting Mary Lincoln this Women’s History Month

In honor of Women’s History Month, we compiled the videos from our #MaryLincolnUnveiled campaign back in December into a single video, presented here.

The video is introduced by our CEO & Executive Director, Callie Hawkins. Watch on as Dr. Catherine Clinton, Lois Romano, Dr. Stacy Lynn, and Nancy Horan respond to misconceptions about Mary and encourage a newfound respect for a lady who accomplished and endured much in her lifetime.

Bourbon & Bluegrass Line Up Announced

Bourbon & Bluegrass, the Cottage’s biggest fundraising of the year, is back and better than ever for its tenth anniversary weekend festival! With your support, it has become the little festival that could, beating out much bigger festivals for the coveted title of Best Music Festival in DC!

You all have been speculating about who will play this year’s festival (Saturday, May 17 & Sunday, May 18), and we are very pleased to announce our lineup:

Our headliner, who will perform distinct sets each day, will be Swamp Dogg, the original D-O-Double-G, whose recent album Blackgrass was heralded by NPR as one of 2024’s finest country albums. The festival will also feature Saturday performances by Goldbug Revival and Dori Freeman, and Sunday performances by Hubby Jenkins and Martha Spencer and the Wonderland Band.

Pre-sale tickets are now available to Team Lincoln Members, who will receive our best deals on tickets through March 17. Members will have received a separate discount code.
