Welcome Back to School! Join representatives from Ford’s Theatre, President Lincoln’s Cottage, National Mall and Memorial Parks, and Frederick Douglass National Historic Site to learn about each site’s teacher resources. Network over appetizers while learning more about professional development opportunities, field trips and online learning offerings. Educators who work with students of all levels and subjects are welcome to this free event.
The new Education Center at the U.S. Park Police Horse Stables is located on the National Mall on Independence Avenue, SW near the intersection with West Basin Drive.
Parking is extremely limited. The Stables are about one mile from either the Smithsonian Metro Station or Foggy Bottom Metro Station.
