The American Association for State and Local History (AASLH) announced President Lincoln’s Cottage as a 2016 Award of Merit winner for Students Opposing Slavery! This award is selected by AASLH’s Leadership in History awards committee. The Award of Merit is presented for excellence in history programs, projects, and people when compared with similar activities nationwide.
