Tickets for The Signature Cottage Tour
Tickets are required for entry to the Cottage, and advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Weekend tours often sell out completely.
Updated 4/24/2015: Tours on Friday April 24, Saturday April 25, and Thursday April 30 are sold out.
-Children (6-12): $5
-President Lincoln’s Cottage Members (must present valid NTHP ID, maximum of two member-priced tickets per each membership): $7.50
-National Trust for Historic Preservation Members (must present valid NTHP ID; individual NTHP members receive one discounted admission per each membership, all other NTHP members receive a maximum of two discounted tickets per each membership): $7.50
-Girl Scouts (for active Brownies and Junior Girl Scouts only): $8 click here for more information!
-Military (Active Duty and Veterans). Must present valid ID. $12
Online purchase is recommended – click button above to purchase. You may also buy your tickets by phone Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday, 10am-5pm by calling 1-800-514-ETIX. For Sunday same-day ticket purchase by phone, please contact site staff at 202-829-0436. Etix charges a service and postage fee for tickets mailed by regular post.
Ticket & Tour Information
-Admission to the Cottage is by guided tour only; tickets are required.
-Advance ticket purchase is the only way to guarantee your spot on a tour. On-site ticket purchase is subject to availability.
-The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. Account for additional time to explore the many other site offerings.
-Due to battlefield imagery and tour length (approximately 1 hour), the tour is suitable for children 6 and older, accompanied by an adult.
-Tours are offered for individuals and groups. Groups of 10 or more must make reservations at least 3 weeks in advance. Click here for more information.
-All visits begin in the Robert H. Smith Visitor Education Center. Please check-in 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
-Hearing enhancement devices are available upon request.
-Photography is not permitted in the interiors of the Cottage or the Visitor Education Center.
-Food and beverages may only be consumed in the Museum Store and in the atrium of the Visitor Education Center.
-Sitting or climbing on the sculpture of President Lincoln and his horse is not permitted.
