Tickets for The Signature Cottage Tour
Tickets are required for entry to the Cottage, and advanced ticket purchase is strongly recommended. Weekend tours often sell out completely.
-Children (6-12): $5
-President Lincoln’s Cottage Members (must present valid NTHP ID, maximum of 2 member-priced tickets per each membership): $7.50
-National Trust for Historic Preservation Members (must present valid NTHP ID): $7.50

-Active Duty Military (must present valid i.d.): $12.50
Online purchase is recommended – click button above to purchase. You may also buy your tickets by phone Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm and Saturday, 10am-5pm by calling 1-800-514-ETIX. For Sunday same-day ticket purchase by phone, please contact site staff at the number below. Etix charges a service and postage fee for tickets mailed by regular post. Ticketing powered by Etix.
We are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. On Christmas Eve, we are open between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm, with the last tour beginning at 12 pm.
Ticket & Tour Information
-Admission to the Cottage is by guided tour only; tickets are required.
-Advance ticket purchase is the only way to guarantee your spot on a tour. On-site ticket purchase is subject to availability.
-The tour lasts approximately 1 hour. Account for additional time to explore the many other site offerings.
-Due to battlefield imagery and tour length (approximately 1 hour), the tour is suitable for children 6 and older, accompanied by an adult.
-Tours are offered for individuals and groups. Groups of 10 or more must make reservations at least 3 weeks in advance. Click here for more information.
-All visits begin in the Robert H. Smith Visitor Education Center. Please check-in 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time.
-Hearing enhancement devices are available upon request.
-Photography is not permitted in the interiors of the Cottage or the Visitor Education Center
-Food and beverages may only be consumed in the Museum Store and in the atrium of the Visitor Education Center
-Sitting or climbing on the sculpture of President Lincoln and his horse is not permitted
